The team provided concept and schematic design for a training centre for a reputed MNC located in the city of Kochi. The plot shared its boundary with an existing bird sanctuary hence only 20% ground cover of the total plot was allowed for development for the training centre. The proposed design also encouraged environmental friendly and low height structure so that the flight path of the migratory birds remain undisturbed.
