A+G was approached to master plan a sea touching plot at Alibagh. The intent was develop the plot in a sequential pattern over time still making it appear as a composite development. Modularity in terms of structures and plot layouts was the key driving factor. Design based on Spanish villas with connected shaded corridors and private open spaces was developed for the same.
