Living in a two-tier city of Nanded; the existing house being surrounded by traditional and rustic elements the end-user explicitly wished for a contemporary look and modern amenities for his new house located in the hub of the city. The space houses 3 generations with different choices, hence it was very essential to strike a correct balance with each one's requirement simultaneously to ensure that the entire space speaks a similar design language. The house is planned with some visually rich elements like the double-height chandelier in the staircase well, glass handrails, elegant, smart home system, etc.
